You’ll love these long sleeve wedding dresses…
Long sleeve wedding dresses were a big trend on this season’s catwalks and savvy brides know that full-length sleeves are super flattering, whatever your shape or style.
Firstly, they create room for a little more pretty detailing around the shoulders and cuffs, while also offering delicate coverage for the tricky upper arm area. Great for a more formal or religious wedding, sheer lace-covered sleeves can also look delightfully bohemian or offer a stylish contrast to a plunging neckline.

A soft touch
Contemporary Nixie is the modern way to wear long sleeves. The understated balloon sleeves, decorated with matt floral lace, add a lovely touch of softness to the figure-hugging crepe sheath.
The beautifully shaped bodice has a plunging neckline with discreet illusion panel. It’s also covered in understated matt lace that decorates the shoulders and the cuffs of the pretty balloon sleeves.
At the back, the high illusion neckline offers plenty of gentle coverage. Then a smart row of covered buttons runs all the way down to the small train of the simple skirt. Try this dress with our delicate trio of hair pins to complete the contemporary feel.
Classic with a twist
Lovely feminine Alva shows how long sleeves can create the perfect balance between modern and traditional. Here delicate sleeves provide lots of soft coverage to perfectly offset the catwalk-style, plunging neckline.
The intricate embroidered lace on the sleeves also covers the bodice, before cascading prettily down the A-line tulle skirt.
The soft plain tulle works well against the detailed lace, while the lace-up back gives the whole look a great fit and a delightfully classic feel. This dress works well with our simple tulle veil and our floral Odetta comb, which complements the florals in the lace.
Details, details
Platinum Edition Anwar combines a light champagne illusion bodice with a charmeuse-lined sheath skirt, covered in sequin Chantilly and sumptuous ivory tulle. The sleeves here beautifully enhance the exquisite bodice.
Take a closer look and you’ll see the bodice is covered with beaded botanical lace, while the plunging V-neckline is edged in more pretty beading. We haven’t forgotten the sleeves either and they’re also finely detailed, with floral embroidery from shoulder to cuff.
At the back, the deep V-neck is edged with more delicate beads, leading to a stylish row of covered buttons that help to accentuate the curves. The beaded lace also continues down the figure-hugging skirt, onto the spectacular scalloped train. A style this ornate works well with plenty of sparkle, such as our glittering Leonie belt and Cienna clip.
Breathtaking lace
Finally, we have stunning Camelia, another gorgeous Platinum Edition design. This A-line dress features exquisite illusion sleeves and a high scalloped neckline. These are both decorated with Chantilly lace, embroidered lace appliqués and a scattering of subtle clear sequins.
The illusion neckline and cuffs are edged in soft eyelash lace and the mix of laces adds lovely texture and detail. Combined with the traditional sweetheart bodice, it’s a look that has an elegant modern classic feel.
At the back, the scalloped neckline adds to the sophistication. Then there’s the fabulous flared skirt, decorated with more ravishing lace, that wouldn’t look out of place in an impressive ballroom or grand church setting. It’s also a design that looks amazing with wow-factor accessories. Try it with our lace-covered Addilyn veil and our glamorous Sapphire belt.

Rhiannon chose long-sleeved Breona for her Christmas wedding. “I knew I was having a Christmas wedding, so I wanted a dress with a bit more coverage,” she says. ‘The lace detail was lovely, especially the neckline, which almost looked like it had holly leaves on it. I loved the soft A-line style and felt comfortable and beautiful in it the moment I put it on.”
When Mojdeh and Manon had their chic orchard wedding, they bought both their dresses from WED2B. “We both went to WED2B in Rotterdam,” says Mojdeh. “Manon was successful the first time she visited and chose the Roscoe dress with lace sleeves. We both like lace, but she was more modest than me. I found my Elysia dress on my second appointment.”
