Romantic weekend away
Thanks to mutual friends, Olivia and Dean we introduced to one another on Halloween in 2009.
The couple went for a romantic weekend away in London for Olivia's 24th birthday. While Olivia was in the bathroom, Dean decorated their hotel room with rose petals, candles and chocolate. "It was an amazing surprise," Olivia says.
A timeless classic
As soon as Olivia saw Carmen on WED2B's Facebook page, she knew it was the one. She visited the WED2B bridal store in Birmingham and picked it out, along with three other dresses. "Carmen was the last dress I tried on, 'save the best 'til last' they always say!". To complete the look Olivia also wore a belt, this added a little sparkle to her timeless classic wedding dress.
Love at first sight
The couple chose a beautiful country house wedding venue for their big day. "We got married at Warwick House, in Warwickshire," says Olivia, "It was the first and only venue we went to view. It was everything we wanted and more."
Simply perfect
"We wanted a very simple ceremony," Olivia says. "My father walked me down the aisle to a piano version of A Thousand Years."
The ceremony was followed by a drinks reception, followed by dinner and speeches. "Our best man created a surprise video of our life together over the past 8 years, with messages from our guests. It was amazing and a real tear jerker!" says Olivia.
