2023 Terms & Conditions for WED2B April competition

  1. Competition is open from 10:00am GMT 01/04/23 and ends 12:00pm GMT 30/04/23.
  2. To enter the competition, the entrant must follow the instructions as advertised on the launch post on our Facebook or Instagram pages. Entry into the competition deems acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions.
  3. The qualifying period for the giveaway is stated on the competition post and the competition duration will run in accordance with the timescales stated on the launch post. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition early where it becomes necessary to do so.
  4. The winner will be chosen by a random generator once the competition is closed and will be notified of their success by email. A notification will also appear on our Facebook and Instagram pages with the winner’s name.
  5. The competition prize is a voucher for a free bridal package which includes a wedding gown from WED2B up to a maximum value of £699 / €699* (Excluding Platinum Edition. A Platinum wedding dress can be chosen, however, additional cost over £699/€699 must be paid by winner).
  6. The value of the voucher covers only the cost of one wedding gown up to the value of £699/ €699, a maximum of 3 bridesmaids/flower girl dresses, one underskirt, one veil and two hair accessories.
  7. The winner must redeem prize in person and in a WED2B store.
  8. The winner must redeem prize within 24 months of the date from which they were notified that they were the winner.
  9. There will be no refunds or exchanges available after the prize has been redeemed for any reason.
  10. No cash alternative is available, and prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer from WED2B.
  11. Prior to receipt of the prize, the winner must agree to provide the following information to WED2B: Name, address, wedding date, telephone number and email address. This information will be held confidentially and not shared with any third parties. Full details of our privacy statement can be seen here. Should the winner refuse to provide this information then the prize will not be redeemable and the WED2B has the right to select a new winner or declare the competition void for that week.
  12. The winner agrees to provide WED2B with a picture of them on their wedding day in their chosen gown within 3 months of the wedding. The winner agrees that the WED2B can, at their discretion, use this picture and the winners name and town/city/county of residence on a 'winners page' on Facebook of WED2B and the 'Our Brides' page of www.wed2b.com and as part of any other wider marketing activity as deemed appropriate.
  13. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and be able to pick up the prize in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Germany or Netherlands.
  14. Anyone can enter, it is not limited to brides. The prize can be gifted to a family/friend within 24 months of winning.
  15. Employees of WED2B are not eligible to win any competitions.
  16. The Director’s decision is final and unchallengeable. The Director can at his/her discretion declare a competition void without providing a reason.

2023 Terms & Conditions for WED2B Win Prizes Competition

  1. In order to enter the competition, the entrant must follow the instruction shown on the launch competition post across our Facebook, Instagram or Tik Tok pages. Entry into the competition deems acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions.
  2. The winner will be chosen by a random generator once the competition is closed and will be notified of their success by WED2B via private Facebook message or email. A notification will also appear on our Facebook page and Instagram with the winner’s name.
  3. The competition prize will be stated in the advertised post for that specific competition. Giveaway prizes can only be claimed as per the entry submitted for that specific competition post. Prizes can only be re-deemed in store, unless otherwise stated.
  4. Accessory giveaways refers to items from our AMIXI product range, including hair pieces, veils, belts and jackets and does not include underskirts, gifting or wed2b storage items.
  5. Wedding dress prizes include up to, but not exceeding, the value of £699 RRP. Dresses above this value may be purchased but the winner will be required to make payment for the balance upon claiming the prize
  6. Prize giveaways are for wed2b products only, and do not include service charges such as priority ordering for bridesmaids Rush Order fee, Inter-store Transfers or Postage Charges. Payment must be made for these services, if used, at time of placing your order.
  7. The winner may be asked to provide evidence of a qualifying purchase, in accordance with the competition theme – either through a store receipt, or online order confirmation. The winner has 12 months to claim their prize after being notified they were the winner. If the claim period is specific, this will be stated on the advertised launch post. A refund on previous purchases made within 12 months may be claimed if mentioned on the competition details. If not stated, prizes are for new orders only and refund on existing purchases are not eligible.
  8. The qualifying purchase period for the giveaway is stated on the competition post and the competition duration will run in accordance with the timescales stated on the launch post. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition early where it becomes necessary to do so.
  9. If for any reason a technical fault interrupts an order being placed within the qualifying time period, WED2B do not take responsibility for any incomplete purchases and an incomplete purchase will not be considered a valid entry into the prize draw.
  10. Refunds will only be actioned via the original method of payment, and this will include either in store or online depending on the competition prize. Where prizes are only open to online orders, this will be stated on the competition launch post.
  11. There will be no refunds or exchanges available after the prize has been redeemed for any reason.
  12. No cash alternative is available, and prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer from WED2B.
  13. The winner will be requested to provide details which will be used as verification for claiming the prize, through WED2B Customer Care team. This includes personal details such as first name, last name, email address, phone number and wedding date. These details are held confidentially and not shared with a third party.   14. The winner agrees that the WED2B can, at their discretion, use the winners name and town/city/county of residence on a 'winners page' on Facebook of WED2B and the 'Our Brides' page of www.wed2b.com and as part of any other wider marketing activity as deemed appropriate.
  15. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and be a UK, Dutch, Belgium or German resident.
  16. Only one entry per person for each competition. Each entrant can only win each competition once.
  17. Employees of WED2B are not eligible to win any competitions.
  18. The Director’s decision is final and unchallengeable. The Director can at his/her discretion declare a competition void without providing a reason.

2021/2022 Terms & Conditions for WED2B Win a Free Wedding Dress Competition

  1. To enter the competition, the entrant must follow the instructions as advertised on the launch post on our Facebook, TikTok or Instagram pages. Entry into the competition deems acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions.
  2. The qualifying period for the giveaway is stated on the competition post and the competition duration will run in accordance with the timescales stated on the launch post. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition early where it becomes necessary to do so. The competition also runs on our Belgium, Netherlands, and German social pages and one winner is randomly chosen across all platforms.
  3. The winner will be chosen by a random generator once the competition is closed and will be notified of their success by WED2B via private Facebook message or email. A notification will also appear on our Facebook page and Instagram with the winner’s name.
  4. The wedding dress competition prize is a voucher for a free wedding gown from WED2B up to a maximum value of £699 / €699* (Except Platinum Edition. You can choose a Platinum Wedding dress, however, you would need to pay the additional cost over £699/€699). Alternatively, if the winner has bought their wedding dress from WED2B within the previous 24 months they are entitled to win their money back* off the purchase cost of the gown, up to a maximum value of £699/€699, upon production of the receipt. The method of refund is at the discretion of the Director and may not be the same as the method of original payment.
  5. If you purchased a dress with Klarna you can still get a refund on the paid amount, and this will be refunded by WED2B to your Klarna account. Please contact Klarna Customer Services for confirmation of the available funds in accordance with payment schedule and balance owed.
  6. The value of the voucher or refund covers only the cost of one wedding gown as shown on the stock control label of the gown and does not include alterations, transfer costs from another WED2B store, accessories, bolero jackets, bridesmaids’ gowns or any other related products.
  7. The winner must redeem their prize in person and in a WED2B store or for dresses already purchased within the qualifying period, a refund over the phone can be arranged.
  8. The winner must redeem their prize within 24 months of the date from which they were notified that they were the winner.
  9. There will be no refunds or exchanges available after the prize has been redeemed for any reason.
