1. Promoter
   1. The promoter of this promotion is wed2b Limited ("wed2b", "we", "us" or "our").
2. Promotion Period
   1. The promotion will run from 18 September 2026 to 25 September 2026, inclusive, as part of the opening celebrations for the new wed2b Megastore at 7–9 Western Gateway, London, E16 1AA (the "Megastore").
   2. The promotion is only available at the Megastore during the promotion period.
3. Eligibility
   1. The promotion is open to customers aged 18 years or over who purchase a wedding dress from the Megastore during the promotion period.
   2. The promotion applies to wedding dress purchases only and does not apply to customers purchasing accessories or other individual products without purchasing a wedding dress.
   3. Employees of wed2b, their immediate family members, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
   4. One prize is available per bridal party/customer transaction.
   5. The promotion is only available to eligible customers who agree to be filmed as part of the giveaway experience.
4. How to Participate
   1. Eligible customers will be invited to select one prize at the time of purchase.
   2. Each eligible customer may select one prize only.
   3. Once selected, the prize cannot be exchanged.
   4. The prize selected will be awarded to the eligible customer.
   5. Participation in the promotion is subject to the availability of prizes at the Megastore.
5. Prizes
   1. Prizes available during the promotion may include wedding dresses, veils, bridesmaids' dresses and other wed2b prizes, as displayed or described in store.
   2. Except for bridesmaids' dresses, all prizes must be redeemed by the eligible customer on the day of participation in the promotion.
   3. Where the prize is a bridesmaids' dress, the eligible customer must place the relevant order on the day of participation in the promotion, and the order must be fulfilled within 12 months of the date of the promotion.
   4. Physical prizes will be provided to the winning customer in store, where applicable.
   5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize, unless otherwise stated by wed2b.
   6. wed2b reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
6. Filming and Publicity
   1. The giveaway forms part of wed2b's Megastore opening celebrations and promotional activity.
   2. By participating, customers agree to be filmed and photographed during the prize reveal and may appear in wed2b promotional content, including on social media, websites, email marketing and other marketing channels.
   3. Customers who do not wish to be filmed or photographed will not be eligible to participate in the giveaway.
   4. No additional payment will be made for the use of content captured as part of the promotion.
7. General
   1. wed2b reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
   2. wed2b reserves the right to refuse participation or withdraw a prize where there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions or where participation is fraudulent or otherwise improper.
   3. wed2b's decision regarding the administration of the promotion and awarding of prizes is final, subject to applicable law.
   4. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
   5. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. Promoter
   1. The promoter of this competition is wed2b Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 06969366), with its registered office at 6 Precedent Drive, Milton Keynes, MK13 8PE ("the Promoter").
   2. The competition is run in collaboration with The Floral Hire, Novotel London ExCeL and The Fox ExCeL.
2. Eligibility
   1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
   2. Entrants must be engaged, planning a wedding, or otherwise intending to marry.
   3. Employees of wed2b, The Floral Hire, Novotel London ExCeL, The Fox ExCeL, their associated companies, immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
   4. The prize is for the winner and one accompanying person.
   5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request reasonable evidence of eligibility.
   6. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are legally able to travel to the United Kingdom and meet any applicable visa, passport, immigration or other travel requirements.
3. How to Enter
   1. To enter the competition via Instagram, entrants must:
   • Like the competition post on the @wed2b Instagram account;
   • Follow @wed2b, @thefloralhire, @novotellondonexcel and @thefoxexcel; and
   • Tag the person they would bring with them in the comments of the competition post.
   2. Entrants may receive one additional entry by sharing the competition post to their Instagram Story during the competition period.
   3. Each valid comment tagging one person will count as one entry.
   4. The Story share will count as one additional entry per entrant, regardless of how many times the post is shared.
   5. Where possible, Story shares must be publicly visible to the Promoter so that the additional entry can be verified. Entrants may be asked to provide reasonable evidence of their Story share.
   6. No purchase is necessary.
   7. Entries must be made by the individual entering the competition and not on behalf of another person.
   8. Automated, bulk or third-party entries will not be accepted.
   9. Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
4. Competition Period
   1. The competition opens at 12:00 BST on 9th September 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 30th September 2026.
   2. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
5. The Prize
   1. There will be one (1) winner, who will receive a bridal prize package for themselves and one accompanying person comprising the following:
   2. wed2b Wedding Dress
      • One (1) wedding dress of the winner's choice from the wed2b collection, to be selected from the new Royal Victoria Dock store in London.
      • The wedding dress is subject to availability and wed2b's standard terms and conditions.
      • The prize does not include alterations, accessories, additional products or services unless expressly stated.
      • The dress prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   3. The Floral Hire Bouquets
      • Hire of one (1) bridal bouquet and four (4) bridesmaid bouquets from The Floral Hire.
      • The flowers available will be subject to The Floral Hire's availability and standard hire terms and conditions.
      • A refundable security deposit will be required as part of the hire booking. This deposit must be paid by the winner and will be returned once the hired flowers have been safely returned, subject to The Floral Hire's standard terms regarding loss, damage or non-return.
      • The prize covers the hire of the specified bouquets only. Any additional products, services, delivery, collection or other costs are not included unless specifically agreed by The Floral Hire.
   4. Novotel London ExCeL Stay
      • One (1) night's accommodation for the winner and one accompanying person at Novotel London ExCeL.
      • The stay is subject to availability and applicable hotel rates and must be booked in advance in accordance with the hotel's booking terms.
      • The winner will be responsible for arranging the booking with the hotel and selecting a suitable available date.
      • Certain dates may be unavailable or subject to restrictions.
      • Any additional costs incurred during the stay, including food, drinks, room service, upgrades, parking or other hotel charges not expressly included in the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.
   5. Dinner and Drinks at The Fox ExCeL
      • Dinner and drinks for two (2) people at The Fox ExCeL.
      • The prize is subject to availability and the venue's booking terms.
      • The prize covers the agreed dinner and drinks for the winner and one accompanying person only. Any additional food, drinks or other costs are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Travel & Additional Costs
   1. Travel to and from London is not included in the prize.
   2. The winner and their accompanying person are responsible for arranging and paying for all travel to and from London, including flights, trains, coaches, taxis, public transport, fuel, parking and any other associated costs.
   3. This applies to winners travelling from within the UK as well as winners travelling from the Republic of Ireland.
   4. The winner and their accompanying person are responsible for ensuring they have any passports, visas or other documentation required to travel to the United Kingdom.
   5. Any costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Prize Conditions
   1. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
   2. All elements of the prize are subject to availability and the relevant provider's terms and conditions.
   3. The individual prize elements cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize by the winner.
   4. The Promoter and prize partners reserve the right to substitute any prize element with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances outside their reasonable control make this necessary.
   5. The prize must be redeemed within six (6) months.
   6. The winner is responsible for coordinating the dates of the individual prize elements with the relevant prize providers.
   7. The Promoter cannot guarantee that all elements of the prize will be available on the same date.
8. Winner Selection & Notification
   1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
   2. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @wed2b Instagram account within five (5) working days of the competition closing date.
   3. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of being contacted.
   4. If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be verified as eligible, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
   5. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of identity, age and eligibility before awarding the prize.
   6. The Promoter will never ask the winner to make a payment or provide payment-card or bank details in order to claim the prize.
9. Publicity
   1. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that wed2b may announce their first name.
   2. Where the winner provides consent, wed2b may use photographs, videos or other content relating to their prize experience for reasonable promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, email marketing and other wed2b marketing channels.
   3. No additional payment will be made for agreed promotional use.
10. Instagram
    1. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
    2. By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility for the competition and release Instagram from any responsibility in connection with the competition.
    3. Entrants must comply with Instagram's terms of use and community guidelines.
11. Data Protection
    1. Personal data provided in connection with the competition will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner and arrange fulfilment of the prize.
    2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with wed2b's Privacy Policy: View Privacy Policy.
    3. Entering the competition does not automatically subscribe entrants to any marketing communications. Entrants will only receive marketing communications where they have separately provided the appropriate consent.
12. General
    1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or extend the competition or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
    2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is fraudulent, dishonest, abusive or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
    3. The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final, subject to applicable law.

5. The Prize

6. Chelsea Old Town Hall Discount
   1. The discount is subject to venue availability.
   2. The discount excludes the non-refundable booking fee of £100.
   3. The discount is non-transferable.
   4. The discount has no cash value.
   5. The discount must be redeemed by 31st December 2027.
7. Prize Conditions
   1. Prize elements are subject to the individual terms, conditions and availability of the relevant prize providers.
   2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative, refund or exchange will be offered.
8. Winner Notification
   1. The winner will be contacted via the social media platform used to enter within 14 days of the competition closing.
   2. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. Publicity

4. Competition Period
   1. The competition opens on 21st May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 1st July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. The Prize
   1. One winner will receive:
   • One wed2b wedding dress up to the value of £1,199; or
   • A refund of the value paid for their wed2b wedding dress, up to a maximum value of £1,199, if they have already purchased their dress from wed2b before the competition closing date.
   2. The prize excludes:
   • Alterations
   • Accessories
   • Veils
   • Any third-party or non-wed2b branded products
   3. No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.
   4. If the selected wedding dress exceeds £1,199, the winner will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
   5. Refund eligibility applies only to dresses purchased directly from a wed2b store and proof of purchase will be required.
6. Winner Selection & Notification

7. Prize Fulfilment
   1. wed2b is responsible for fulfilment of the wedding dress.
   2. Biscuiteers is responsible for fulfilment of all biscuit-related prizes.

   3. Entry is deemed complete once the survey has been submitted in full. Incomplete or automated entries will not be accepted.
5. The Prize
   1. There will be one (1) winner.
   2. The winner will receive either:
   • A wedding dress supplied by wed2b with a maximum retail value of £999 (UK/IE) or €1,099 (EU); OR
   • A refund of the cost of their wed2b wedding dress, capped at £999 / €1,099, if they have already purchased their dress.
   3. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
   4. If the selected dress exceeds the maximum value, the winner must pay the difference.
   5. Alterations, accessories, and additional costs are not included unless explicitly stated.
   6. wed2b reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
   1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.
   2. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey.
   3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, wed2b reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

    3. wed2b’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final.

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this competition is wed2b (the “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
   1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
   2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
   3. Employees of wed2b, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
   4. Only one entry per person per calendar month is permitted. Multiple entries within the same month will not be counted.
3. Competition Period
   1. The competition runs monthly from 00:01 on the first day of each calendar month until 23:59 on the final day of that calendar month (local time in each territory).
   2. Entries received outside of the stated monthly period will not be eligible for that month’s draw.
   3. A new competition period begins on the first day of each subsequent calendar month.
4. How to Enter
   Entrants may qualify for the monthly prize draw via one of the following routes:

   Route A – Email Subscriber Entry

   • Successfully complete sign-up to wed2b marketing emails; and
   • Complete the double opt-in email confirmation within the same calendar month.

   Once double opt-in is confirmed, the entrant will be automatically entered into that month’s draw.

   Route B – Real Bride Entry

   • Submit a completed Real Bride story via the official submission form during the calendar month.

   Real Bride submissions must be genuine and completed in full. Submission does not guarantee publication on wed2b platforms.

   Additional conditions:

   1. Where applicable, marketing consent must be active at the time of the winner selection to remain eligible.
   2. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
5. The Prize
   1. There will be one (1) winner selected per calendar month.
   2. The winner will receive either:
   • A wedding dress free of charge from the wed2b collection (if not yet purchased), or
   • A refund equal to the original purchase price paid for their wed2b wedding dress (if already purchased).
   3. The prize applies to the wedding dress only and excludes accessories, alterations, bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses, storage boxes, cleaning services, or any additional products or services.
   4. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
   5. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via the original payment method wherever possible.
6. Winner Selection
   1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant monthly competition period.
   2. The draw will take place on the first working day following the end of the calendar month.
   3. The Promoter’s decision is final.
7. Winner Notification
   1. The winner will be contacted directly by wed2b’s Customer Care team using the contact details provided at entry.
   2. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
8. Publicity & Content
   1. If entering via the Real Bride route, entrants acknowledge that submitted content may be used for blog, website, email and social media marketing purposes.
   2. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to reasonable promotional use of their first name and/or testimonial for marketing purposes without additional compensation.
9. Data Protection
   1. Personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with wed2b’s Privacy Policy.
   2. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; however, where entry was conditional upon active marketing consent, eligibility may be affected if consent is withdrawn prior to winner selection.
10. General
    1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    2. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
    3. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the entrant’s country of residence.
