When should I buy my wedding dress?

We always recommend a visit to one of our stores however far away the big day may be. Our bridal gowns are available 'off the peg' so you can take home your dream dress the same day! Our Bridal Experts will be delighted to showcase our collection to you, with their knowledge of bridal gown shapes and fabrics it's the perfect opportunity to start to picture yourself as the Bride on your wedding day. If you've seen something from our collection which you've fallen in love with, due to the limited edition nature of our dresses we recommend visiting us sooner rather than later so you don't miss out!

How to choose a wedding dress?

Our in store Bridal Experts will happily guide you on shape, style, fabric and detail to ensure you find the dress of your dreams. We have new styles arriving every week. Feel free to contact us on Live Chat, or email customercare@wed2b.com for guidance on dresses available.

What is the best wedding dress style for my body type?

WED2B stock every dress shape; from elegant A-Line gowns to figure hugging Sheath dresses in sizes 6-30. Our Bridal Team are experts in finding you the perfect dress for your body shape. How much are wedding dresses?

We believe every bride deserves to feel beautiful on her wedding day, regardless of budget, without compromising on quality. Our dresses collection is priced from £599 to £899.

Which designers do you stock?

All of our wedding dresses are designed in the UK by our highly experienced in-house bridal designers. We only stock our own collections; Anna Sorrano, Bellami, Heidi Hudson, The Signature Collection, Viva Bride and our exclusive Amixi accessories range.

What does 'off the peg' wedding dress mean?

Off the peg' means you can take your dream wedding dress home the same day, there's no lengthy ordering times! You can see and feel the exact fit of your dress while with us. Sometimes customisation may be required to ensure the straps and length are perfect for you, our Bridal Experts can provide you with a list of experienced local seamstresses who will be able to help.

Why are wedding dresses white?

There are many reasons why white is a favoured colour to wear on a bride's wedding day. It gained popularity following Queen Victoria's wedding to Prince Albert in 1840, she wore a bridal gown trimmed with Honiton lace, which led way to a trend of brides favouring decorative detailing on their bridal gowns. Most bridal collections seen on the catwalk and in magazines today are designed in a delicate ivory tone as it compliments all skin tones. Our bridal gowns designed by our in-house accredited team are available in Ivory, Blush, Oyster or Champagne with many fabrics and styles to choose from.

Do I need an appointment to visit you in-store?

At wed2b we don’t operate a booking system so feel free to visit us at a time that’s convenient to you. We recommend allowing at least 2-3 hours for your visit so you can try on as many dresses as you like without feeling rushed. We encourage you to select 4 dresses of different styles initially and get a feel for what you like. Once you’ve narrowed down your preferences you can continue to select more until you find the one! Please note at peak times there may be a wait to try on additional dresses, we do our best to make sure that every bride is accommodated and our stores can be particularly popular at weekends!

Who can I bring with me when I visit a WED2B store?

We welcome as many guests to store as you would like to have with you during this memorable experience.

How many wedding dresses can I try on?

You're welcome to try on as many dresses as you like during your visit. Our Bridal Experts will be sure to help you find the perfect match for your big day.

Your bridesmaids are also more than welcome to try on dresses from our Infinite collection during your visit. For more information on our range of bridesmaid dresses visit here.

Can I take photographs in store?

You are very welcome to take photographs of our gowns, we only ask that you are considerate of other customers in the store who may not wish to be photographed.

Do you stock every dress in every store?

Due to the limited edition nature of our bridal gowns, each size in your favourite style may not be available in every one of our stores, however we have hundreds of dresses in store with new styles arriving every week.

What are your fitting rooms like?

Our fitting rooms are spacious with plenty of room for your entourange to sit and enjoy the experience while you find your dream dress. All fitting rooms are cleaned after every use. Read more about the Wed2B experience here.

What underwear should I wear for my wedding dress fitting?

A good fitting and supportive bra is essential, ideally it's best to wear a strapless bra which will give you versatility to try on different styles and necklines. Our Bridal Experts will assist you in the dressing room with getting into and out of your chosen dresses, they really won't mind what you wear, but you might feel a little self-conscious if you've not planned your underwear!

Your dresses are sold off the peg, but if I don't buy it on the day, will it be sold to another bride?

All of WED2B dresses are limited edition and therefore we can't ever promise the future availability should you leave your favourite style in store. Once you purchase a dress with WED2B you can take it home that same very same day.

Who is Klarna?

Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna is the provider of Smoooth payments to more than 170,000 online stores. Over 60 million consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.


How does Financing work?

You can spread the cost of your WED2B purchase into equal monthly payments with 21.9% interest rate if you spend £250 or more. Financing is a promotional plan provided by Klarna.


How do I use Financing?

If you want to opt for Financing for your in-store purchase you will be asked to apply for a Klarna Account. If you’re approved Klarna will create an account for you and your purchase will be placed. The purchase amount will be added to your Klarna Account.


I have been asked to go to Klarna's site. Is this correct?

If you have chosen to pay with Financing by Klarna, Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. This communication will come from Klarna directly and not WED2B.


Can I pay less than the amount owed each month?

You can at any time choose to pay your minimum payment instead of your interest-saver payment. Your monthly minimum payment is the amount to be paid to avoid incurring late fees on your Klarna Account. Should you choose to pay your minimum payment instead of your interest-saver payment this will mean you will lose your promotional plan offer and the remaining balance will start to incur interest at 21.9% APR (variable). It’s up to you.


Do I need to be 18?

Financing is only available to people aged 18 or over.


How do I manage my Klarna Account?

Log in to the customer portal at Klarna.com at any time day or night, to review your purchases and settle your monthly statement. If you need further assistance, you can contact Klarna’s Customer Service.


How can I increase my chances of being accepted for Financing?

If you are 18 or over, you can improve your chances of being offered Pay later by ensuring you provide your full name and accurate address details. All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have had Pay later before does not mean it will be offered for every order and in turn, as it is denied does not mean it will be denied for all future orders.


How is my statement sent?

If you chose to use Financing, Klarna will send your monthly statement notification via email with instructions on how to make a payment and an overview of your Klarna Account. Once you have been landed on your Klarna Account overview page, simply select ‘Make a payment’ and enter the amount you wish to pay towards your balance. If you have any queries about your statements or account, you can contact Klarna’s Customer Service.


What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?

If you want to make a purchase with a Klarna Account you need to provide your mobile phone number and your email address as well as name, billing address and your date of birth. Your mobile number is required in case we need to reach you. All statements will be sent to your email address. It's very important that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive monthly statements and so be liable for late payment fees.


Is my payment information safe?

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No payment information is transferred to us or held by us. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.


How do I make a payment?

First, log in at www.klarna.com/uk and visit your Klarna Account overview page. Then, simply select ‘Make a payment’ and enter the amount you wish to pay towards your balance. Should you have any questions or concerns when making a payment you can contact Klarna’s Customer Service here.


I haven't received an email with my statement.

Please contact Klarna’s Customer Service via live chat or phone. They will be able to provide you with details on how to pay.


What happens if I return my purchase?

Purchases made with Klarna can be returned, refunded or exchanged at any of our Wed2B stores. As soon as WED2B have accepted your return/refund, then Klarna will make any necessary adjustments to your balance and provide further help if needed.


I have returned my purchase. How long will it take until I receive my refund?

As soon as the store have registered your refund, we will credit the balance back to your Klarna Account within the next 5 business days.


I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

If you have paid for your purchase with card, the refund will be made back to your Klarna Account balance. If the Account ends up in a credit balance, this can be used towards future purchases or you can request it to be paid back by contacting Klarna’s Customer Service.

Do I have to pay in full?

As our bridal gowns are sold off the peg, we do require full payment at the time of purchase. We are partnered with Klarna Finance and our store team can tell you more about how you can spread the cost of your wedding dress. Bridesmaid Ordering & Return Policy

For bridesmaid orders placed in store please see terms and conditions here.

If you ordered your bridesmaid dresses online whilst our stores were closed the following policy is in place;

Collecting Your Bridesmaids Dresses

  • Our Bridal Team will contact you via phone when your bridesmaid’s dresses are in store for collection. They will arrange a day and time which is convenient for you.
  • You will need to bring your order, proof of ID and payment card to collect your order in-store.
  • When you collect your dress, one of our Bridal Consultants will be able to help you try your dress on to ensure it’s the perfect fit.
  • We want you to love your dress and feel happy it’s the right one for you, so please note we ask all customers to have a bridal fitting upon collection and before they take their dress home.
  • We will hold bridesmaid orders for 4 weeks from the agreed in-store collection date, but we are unable to cancel and refund uncollected bridesmaid orders as this is a made-to-order service.

What is your returns policy?

Wedding Dresses, Gifting and Accessory items purchased in store are eligible for an exchange only up to 14 days after purchase, refunds are not permitted. Please note, exchange can only be granted if the item is unworn, tags attached and free from odour or damage. We are unable to accept exchanges for items which have been altered or customised, or storage you may have purchased. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges on earrings. Bridesmaids Dresses are excluded from our exchange policy, as per the ordering contract as they form part of our made to order service. Please note, this policy excludes purchases where distance selling regulations apply. here.

Do you re-sell wedding dresses or sell second-hand dresses in your stores?

No, we do not buy back or re-sell (either pre-worn or new) wedding dresses.

The finishing touch


What should I wear under my wedding dress?

For the big day, we recommend wearing underwear to match your skin tone and an underskirt to help the dress hold its shape and ensure it looks stunning for your photographer to capture. We have a range of underskirts designed to be worn with our dresses which will ensure you feel confident all day long. Do you do wedding dress alterations?

We do not undertake dress alterations ourselves, however, we can recommend the services of several highly experienced bridal seamstresses and we will provide the contact details to our customers in-store. Our staff are very knowledgeable of what alterations can and cannot be undertaken and will advise you accordingly.

How many sizes can a wedding dress be taken in?

Our expert team will be able to guide you on any alterations a dress may need to ensure a perfect fit. We can also give you a list of recommended experienced seamstresses- who can support you as you look to customise your dress once you leave the store.
