We’ve come a long way since our first store opened in Leicestershire, UK in 2009 and we currently have 59 bridal stores across the UK and Europe. There are also many more to follow, as our unique ‘no appointments, no stress’ approach to wedding dress retailing is welcomed and embraced in new countries.

The proposal

Our founders wanted to offer brides the same amazing shopping experience that traditional bridal boutiques offer, but with lower price points. Given that they didn’t want any reduction in the quality of the dresses, it required a different approach. We spoke to the same global wedding dress manufacturers that the world’s best-known bridal designers use and before long, WED2B became their newest partner and began creating designs that would be the perfect marriage of quality and value.

So, what does WED2B do differently?

The major change to tradition that WED2B offered, right from the start, was allowing brides to take their dress home the very same day. All our dresses are designed in limited edition quantities and are sold off the peg. So, you really can visit today and get married tomorrow! This new approach within the bridal industry allowed for a lower cost price, whilst guaranteeing the same great quality. This is still the principle of WED2B today, however, we’ve come a long way since then.

Great value has always been at the core of everything we do, and our design, development and ordering process means we can keep our prices low. Once a design is ready, we work with our factories to start creating each style to be sold across our stores. Having all of our wedding dresses available to take home today meant that we were changing the established purchasing model. The end result is a better cost price for us and a lower retail price for you! Did you know, that the average wedding dress costs £1,300* but the equivalent at WED2B retail at just £699 or under? Our beautiful dresses are about 40% cheaper than the average wedding dress, so you get the same quality and luxury at a much more affordable price. Our combination of fabulous designs, great value and low prices really does have to be seen to be believed!

Designed right here in the UK

Our UK-based Design Team hand draw every dress, right down to the last detail. We believe every bride should look and feel amazing on her wedding day, regardless of budget. And this ethos is reflected in every gown we design across our bridal brands. After the initial drawing, each design is then developed and finished in-house. This will be one lucky bride’s dream dress. So we only stop when the whole team is sure that the design is perfect in every way.

The store experience

Once we were happy with the quality, design and low price points of our dresses, the next step was to give our brides a wonderful location to visit. The majority of stores are fully accessible to all, with a vast selection of dresses and accessories. There are also a wide variety of styles in every size from 6 to 30. We really do have every size for every bride!

Dresses can be tried on in our large, inviting fitting rooms, too. Plus, we understand that finding your dream dress is a great experience for your whole entourage. So, our fitting room area is comfortable, spacious and relaxing. Pulling back the curtain, for the big reveal to the people you love, is probably one of the highlights of the whole wedding planning experience!

Our dedication to quality and great service is also at the heart of our store experience. Each WED2B store has highly trained Bridal Experts to give you honest, unhurried advice on the best styles to suit your figure. Then, when you have the dress, they can also help you create a totally unique look with the perfect accessories.

Accessories, bridesmaid dresses, gifts and more...

Over the years we’ve developed a huge range of affordable accessories to cater for our brides’ requests. We have underskirts for volume, lace jackets and boleros for style and coverage and a huge range of veils in different lengths. Shapewear includes our popular Wunderskirt, which creates a comfortable, smooth silhouette under any dress. There are also chic belts, hair clips, pins, dazzling tiaras and more. Our aim is to be the perfect location for all your bridal needs.

And there’s plenty for your bridal party, too. We have bridesmaid dresses in 15 different colours and six unique styles, as well as flower girls, dresses to complement both the bride’s and the bridesmaid’s styles. There are also tie gift sets for the groom and the groomsmen in matching colours. And, if that’s not enough, there are gift ideas for the hen do, for the wedding night, for your maids and even to treat yourself.

With 59 stores across the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany, and more planned, you don’t have to go far to find us. Plus, we’ve made it even easier to shop, and you can now buy our accessories, along with our bridesmaid and flower girl dresses, online. And, in the future?
