At wed2b Ashford, we want to make sure that each bride who visits us has the best possible experience while looking for her perfect dress. We have hundreds of wedding and bridesmaids' dresses for you to try in our beautifully spacious Ashford store, as well as comfortable changing rooms with an area for friends and family to sit and offer their opinions. Our friendly staff are always on hand with helpful tips and advice.

Get There By Car
From Junction 9 of the M20, take the 3rd exit onto the A20 Fougeres Way. Continue to the roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto the A292 Maidstone Road. Follow the A292 towards Ashford town centre.
Be sure to position yourself in the right-hand lane at the next set of traffic lights and follow the one-way system, passing through two further sets of lights.
At the 3rd set of traffic lights, turn right onto Park Street and follow the road around to the right. Pass through one more set of lights and you’ll arrive at the NCP County Square car park, located next to County Square Shopping Centre.

Parking is available at the County Square car park, located on Apsley Street, TN23 1JA. The car park is open Monday to Sunday and operated by NCP, with parking fees applicable. County Square Shopping Centre is directly accessible from this car park. It's just a short walk to our store inside the centre.
Get There By Train
Ashford International train station is the nearest station, located approximately a 10-minute walk from County Square. Exit the station and follow signs for the town centre. Continue straight along Station Road and onto Elwick Road. County Square will be signposted on your route.
Alternatively, local buses 2 and 2A run from the station towards the town centre, alight at Park Street for easy access to County Square.

Most frequently asked questions about our bridal shop
Can I make an appointment?
At WED2B we do not operate a booking system so feel free to visit us at a time that is convenient to you (and your entourage!). We recommend allowing at least 2- 3 hours for your visit so you can try on as many dresses as you like without feeling rushed. The safety of our brides, your entourage and our store colleagues is very important to us - so we will follow the local government guidance given at the time.
When is the Ashford store most busy?
Most brides visit us on Fridays and Saturdays, which may result in longer wait times on these days.
How long will my visit take?
We recommend that you allow at least two to three hours for your visit so that you can try on as many dresses as you like without feeling rushed.
Are all the dresses on your website available in your Ashford store?
Due to the limited edition nature of our bridal gowns, each size in your favourite style may not be available, however we have hundreds of dresses in store with new styles arriving every week.
Do you make alterations to your wedding dresses?
We do not undertake dress alterations ourselves, however we can recommend the services of several highly experienced bridal seamstresses and we will provide the contact details to our customers in store. Our staff are very knowledgeable of what alterations can and cannot be undertaken and will advise you accordingly.
Can my partner come to the store?
Feel free to bring anyone you like to find your perfect dress! Please note that our fitting rooms are for women only, but your male guests will feel comfortable in the store and be fully included in your clothing shopping experience.
Where can I park when I visit your Ashford store?
Parking is available in a number of places around Park Mall Shopping Centre. Ashford Park Mall car park is conveniently located on Edinburgh Road in Ashford’s town centre, just a short walk from the popular shopping centre. (TN24 8RY) Alternatively you can park for free after 3pm at Edinburgh Road Car Park (TN24 8LG) Please be aware that spaces are limited in this car park.
Does your Ashford store have wheelchair access?
WED2B Ashford is a wheelchair friendly store. Ashford Park Mall car park is the best car park to use for wheelchair friendly access. Edinburgh Road car park is currently under some construction and repairs so the lifts may not be accessible.
